Services
The Iowa Tribal Wellness center is located at the Perkins Family Clinic, Building 2.
The Wellness Center is open to all who have a desire to exercise and follow a fitness lifestyle. From cardiovascular exercise to weight resistance training we have equipment to meet your needs. Our cardio equipment consists of treadmills, elliptical trainer and recumbent bicycles.
Enrollment and Wavier Form: The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma requires a Waiver of Liability for Wellness Center use. Other rules and regulations are included in this form.
Membership Fees
Monthly membership with option of recurring draft.

$20 Senior Membership (60+)

$0 Tribal Affiliation Membership
$10 Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma Employees

- Wednesday: Noon – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 10:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 10:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: No office hours
- Sunday: 8:00am – Noon
